When ordering online the ONLY information which we receive during the order process includes your order details, name, address and email. We ask that you review the following basic terms that we provide for the usage of this site and purchasing of products from our site and store. By using Bear Picnic's website you agree to follow and be bound by these terms. These terms may be changed from time to time and your use of the site following any such changes shall confirm your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as modified.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Before placing an order we recommend double checking your size with our supplied size guides on product pages, this will help ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Purchased items are determined unreturnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer (We reserve the right to cancel an exchange or refund if we deem the item not in it's original condition. Such as the item being washed, sprayed with deodorants/perfume/cologne or in worn condition other than having tried the item on). If you need to return or exchange a part of or all of your purchase from Bear Picnic Clothing, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 7 days of your purchase. We cannot accept returns or exchanges that have passed this time. Please contact us with regards to returning or exchanges. Please also note that we will not reimburse any shipping costs you have payed and we are not held responsible for postage costs for returning or exchanging purchases to us. If you are exchanging you will be required to pay postage again to cover the costs of shipping back to you, so please take this into account. Please also note that refunds are only a given as a last resort.

PAYMENT
We require payment before any orders can be dispatched. Under no circumstances will we dispatch any order before payment is received. We recommend using PayPal as this is the safest and most secure method of payment and also provides you with the quickest way for us to process and fulfil your order, meaning you will get your order quicker. You are not required to have a PayPal account as you are able to purchase as a PayPal guest, with a valid credit or debit card. We also accept alternative payments such as cash, cheque, postal orders and bank transfer. We ask that when paying with alternative payments that you print and fill in our order form with the required information. Our order form can be found on our 'Alternative Payments' page which is clearly linked on all store pages. Please note that when paying via cheque your order will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared into our account which can take up to 7 working days. If paying with cash, this is done so at your own risk, we are in no way responsible if it goes missing. For sending cash payments we recommend recorded delivery to ensure that it does not go missing. All orders payed via PayPal are set for dispatch next working day (Monday - Friday). The customer is held in full responsibility for providing us with accurate information which means we are in no way held responsible if you provide us with an incorrect name and address or other.

DELIVERY
We are strongly committed to processing all orders promptly. When paying via PayPal you will automatically receive an order notification which is supplied from PayPal, this acts as your receipt. Once orders are dispatched delivery times are passed out of our hands. All information stated with regards to delivery times are supplied by The Royal Mail. Delivery prices are all placed conveniently below the size select menu. When ordering please select your location from the location drop menu. Delivery time will take approximately 3-4 working days after dispatch in the UK and up to 7 working days for International Airmail. You, the customer are held in full responsibility for providing us with accurate information which means we are in no way held responsible if you provide us with an incorrect name, address or other.

FEEDBACK
Any comments or feedback submitted by users of the website shall be and remain in the property of Bear picnic. Bear Picnic is under no obligation to pay for or respond to any such comments or feedback provided by any users.
