What are the t-shirt sizes?
All product sizes and size charts are displayed on the item's information sections.
Currently we are using two different brands of t-shirts, so please make sure you use the size chart that is displayed on the items page.

What t-shirts do you print on?
We pride ourselves in printing on to the highest quality t-shirts available.
We print on American Apparel and Continental Clothing.

I don't live in the UK, can I still make an Order?
Yes, you can make an order from anywhere in the entire world! :D
Your local currency will be automatically converted to GBP upon payment by PayPal.
Can I pay by bank transfer, money order or cheque?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). At no point do we see ANY of your confidential information, the only information throughout transaction is the information we require to fulfil your orders. Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from your online store?

My t-shirt doesn't fit, can I exchange it for a different size?
You are welcome to return an item for exchanging sizes but please contact us before hand. All orders being returned for exchange MUST be returned in unworn condition with original packaging and tags.
If you are returning an item please do so using Royal mail first class or first class recorded delivery. We are not responsible for loss of incoming mail. Also, when sending back for exchange please be aware that all postage and packing costs will have to be paid again. We currently do not give refunds, sorry.
